The Mission of the Little Egg Harbor Emergency Services Unit is to provide specialized tactical response to critical incidents.
Critical incidents are defined as, but not limited to:
- Armed/Suicidal Subjects
- Barricaded Subject(S)
- Hostage Situations
- Sniper Situations
- High Risk Apprehensions
- High Risk Warrant Service
- Dignitary/VIP Protection
- Special Assignments
